Lawyers representing the workers say they have discovered a pattern of discrimination and that African American firefighters are being disciplined more than others. To the non-racist/those lacking racial awareness/the willfully stupid and blind, this line of reasoning makes perfect sense.. Any disparity in behavior would HAVE to be the result of bias.. I mean, otherwise you're saying that blacks just behave badly because they're black, and there's no real reason for that to be the case.. So it HAS TO BE discrimination.
