I disagree, but at least you are cooperating. Russia's military is more of a threat because they have the potential to destroy the world. China can't, even though they have some nukes. Economically, China may be better but Russia is using their oil to a diplomatic advantage.

Actually I posted why I think China's military was overrated. I am more worried about them on the economic level...
