Revenues are rising in both countries, and they are on the rise while the U.S. is also on the rise, but are being hit hard by rising debt. They must realize at one point they can't keep up.

The big mistake the US made was towards the end of the Clinton administration when they thought they could take over Russia's back yard and sold bogus investments to every tom, dick and harry for a pipeline that would never succeed.

And, while doing that they cut their own throats by refusing to lift sanctions on Iran, Iraq and Libya.

China and Russia aren't the enemy... look in the mirror.
