Is that Propellerhead's "Reason"? What version?
When I last looked at it - about 5 years ago - I thought it more resembled a virtual effects rack where you could, amongst other things, play with the patching (by "turning" the rack around, looking at the back).

Didn't think of it as a sequencer as such, but then again, it's been awhile since I've tried it out - maybe the lastest version is somewhat different.
