A few years back I worked as an expert witness for the defense in a $4 trillion lawsuit Boxer filed against a railroad for spilling metam sodium into the Sacramento River. Spilling hazardous materials carries some serious penalties. But this case was in and out of court in about five minutes once it was pointed out that metam sodium was not clasified as a hazardous material at the time of the case. (It is now.)

That's very strange considering: (a) she's never been a lawyer and (b) she's a member of the leglislative, not the executive, branch of government. How did she file a lawsuit??

BTW, does anyone really think Obama deserved the Nobel Peace Prize? Stop trying to jack your own thread!
