Well, it's easier to get a liver transplant than a lung transplant.

OTOH, you do get two lungs and one liver. I don't know, it's a close call...

Using a water bong reduces 99% of the tar (and most of the heat). Vaporizing results in no smoke or heat at all. Also, you can eat it.

Lung damage is not necessary to enjoy pot.
