I've read quite the opposite. SGU's main problem is the hiatus it had, during which Spartacus and Caprica have swept the floor.

Worse is the state of Flashforward and V. The studio execs that decided to put them in the freezer for so many months are criminally inept. A new show needs a steady full season run to establish itself.
