For starters, you would need to see the original, signed "merchant copy" that whoever paid for the dinner signed and filled a tip out on. Considering no one has seen this in this thread, you have a remarkably weak definition of "demonstrate" in addition to your remarkably week understanding of the Canadian justice system.
