I know this is supposed to be satire, but I think Vegas really would favor 1939 Germany to win against any other single 1939 nation on a neutral battlefield.

Yeah. I think the British would contest that Germany's only loses were to the US and USSR as well. There was that whole thing in North Africa, the battle of Britain, the battle of the Atlantic, and then the UK's successful invasion of the low countries.
