Money is money. I don't see why Rush Limbaugh shouldn't be able to invest in an NFL team if that's his heart's desire. From what I can see, Rush never made an issue of him buying a stake of the Rams. Never brought it up until other people leaked it and started getting in a huff about it. As for 'incredibly conservative', they let Vick back. If Vick is good enough to play in the NFL and he killed dogs, I don't see why the ownership has a problem with letting Rush buy the Rams. If it is because he's conservative and they don't want conservative's money, well there's quite a few conservatives who actually like NFL football. I suspect Goodell will be hearing from them. If Rush's money isn't good enough for the NFL, then I guess most conservative fans will find the NFL the same way. Lose, lose for the NFL IMO. The only winner here is Rush.
