Back to the mandate. So ok, this thing passes I am now forced to get health care. I still can't afford it so I go on Medicaid or some other government option. I suspect other low income people like myself do the same. Does this help keep the cost down?

So low income people like yourself are the only young, healthy people who aren't getting health insurance?
