She has faith in a lot of things which have a smaller number of people having faith in them. A few of the things have likely been shown to disagree with scientific observations (Although I can't say for sure because I haven't read all the things she believes in).

Everyone has faith in something. The belief in God is one of the most universal items of faith among humans.

What matters is if your beliefs are internally consistent. It is entirely possible to believe in the Christian God and hold the beliefs of science at the same time.

It is a lot easier if there is a smaller number of beliefs. I have no belief about Christ walking on water. I think He did, because I believe that He was the son of God, and walking on water is something that God could make happen.

Most people point to lack of consistency or beliefs that disagree with scientific theories as basis for thinking someone has odd beliefs.
