The seal thought she was feeding it, but it still pulled her down under the water. That seems a little odd, did the seal think it had a huge fish? Must be pretty powerful seal to pull her down AND the lifejacket.

The seal could weigh more than you, and is a very powerful swimmer. It could likely pull you under.
