The reason nobody makes cyberpunk films is that cyberpunk was a niche subgenre that became irrelevant nearly 20 years ago. You'll have to wait another 5 to 10 years for the nostalgia factor to bring it back to the popular consciousness.
The reason nobody makes transhumanist or posthuman films is that transhumanism and posthumanism are pretty silly, and again, hardly anybody cares about them. I don't think they'll ever be popular, because it's too weird, unless you expand posthuman to include things like Wall-E and 9.
