It clearly says they are considering, not that they are.

Misleading thread title -> permaban.

It also doesn't matter whatever the **** the CDC says. As far as I can tell, they've no say in this.

Last I checked all of the pediatric societies in the western world do not encourage circumcisions, nor do most medical associations (I actually don't know of a single one that does). Most of them for the same reason our resident Pediatrician mentioned -- all procedures have risks, and there's no benefit to circumcision in a developed country where most men use condoms when having sex with whores and other vaginal-afflicted living cadavers.
