It is with great sadness that I inform you that Adam Smith, the Apolyton poster, who contributed to SMAC discussions, independent civ projects (IIUC) and to this off topic forum, passed away, peacefully, at home, this past Sunday morning. I had the privilege of knowing him in person and working with him, as well as seeing his posts here. He was a good economist, and, more importantly, a fine, kind, humorous human being. The world is diminished by his passing.
