Sarah didn't tell a word about the "Skynet being on its last legs", she was talking about exactly the opposite - about the new nightmare the humankind have faced after the nuclear holocaust - the war vs. machines.

Just watch the classics again, and don't make such bullsh!t statements again next time.

You might want to brush up on them yourself. The only reason Skynet had to send the Terminators back to kill JC in the first place was because it was BEATEN.
