No, doubtful. Adam and Eve were significantly more decomposed than Bernard and Rose would be, even if they died right after The Incident. So said Jack anyway, I think he said the bodies had to be at least 50 years old.

It's possible it could be retconned as them, which would be okay. I've gotten less interested in that particular mystery as the show has gone on.
