Geez, this guy is really rich and a part of the system that just collapsed. Isn't that a better reason to question his appointment? Is it just me, or would others question the appointment of one of the people who built the house of cards that just collapsed to the position of building something more substantial in the future. The alternative POV is that he's intricately familiar with how it failed, and can build a system without the first's mistakes.
