I like yours, very nice.

Last year, at my family reunion, I gave the blessing of the food, since my family don't know that I'm eclectic in my beliefs; mostly pagan/Wiccan, but I do draw from Christian beliefs, too; I gave a general blessing thanking the Deity and Creator of all things.

Just say what feels good and whatever is placed on your heart to say, and things should go well.
