Long before Christianity, the Pagan world knew the Goddess as, "Queen of Heaven." Since then, the Catholic Church has given that title to Mother Mary.

A blessing in the name of the Queen of Heaven would leave everybody to interpret according to their own tradition.

Better yet, keep it simple. "Blessed be" should be safe enough.
