I think the higher consciousness is always in absolute perfection,until those thoughts manifest into reality.
Then depending on ones reality of course will determine the outcome.From person to person, perfection will have different meanings.

Its like a box of crayons, all the colors are prefect but in different ways.

I think that mind of yours Q is absolute perfection.
