Hi Connie, water baby here BIG time. I love to swim and surf (although I use a board). I posted before how much fun it is to surf with a priestess at five in the morning. That sort of stuff gets me going big time.

Prayer can do it too. The rosary centers me, but so does taking to a tree or an animal. Just being by myself can do it, too.
