Has anyone ever read anything by R. Dominicus Petrus?

The ULC seminary has an article written by this person. The comparison between Gods and Demons deminishes and similarites are drawn between the two. The concept that Demons were Gods before they were defeated by another God is an intresting concept to me.

This idea is also followed by entities mislabeled or misunderstood and placed into the same category as demons is also a new concept.

Does anyone have any feedback on the author or the topic?
