Hi Gerrard, you might find the resources in our Meditation thread within our Study Links section at the bottom of the main forums page helpful.

Mentioned there is Ajahn Jayasaro's "Buddhist Meditation" series of short videos which can be found on YouTube (link in the meditation thread in Study Links)

We also have a 'Meditation Room' with meditation timer, located in the sub-forum underneath General Buddhist Discussions.
