Good issue...

Thanks Lazy.

I have to confess that I have give up meditating in the bench preferring the chair -they are available everywhere- or now experimenting with walking doing anapanasati as suggested by Element in our meditation forum.

What has occurred is that "moment meditation" started to happen after doing for some time, fixed schedule meditation. It can be good to know from those that have started meditation doing "moment meditation" directly.
