Hello Skelosia, I can totally relate to how you must be feeling at the moment. I can remember feeling exactly the same when trying to conceive (I am unfortunately, not blessed with abundant fertility, so the journey to having my 2 beautiful children was very fraught and wobbly round the edges!)

Aloka has offered the metta (loving kindness) practice, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this too.

Keeping the practice simple, as Fee suggested, by choosing something small you can begin with. I would also suggest just sitting and being with the breath and allowing thoughts to simply pass through.

Extreme emotions can also be a negative towards conceiving, so try (if possible) to smile each time you see somebody who is pregnant and say to yourself, "that will be me soon" and turn the jealous feelings into a positive affirmation.
