Hi David,

It's ok for you to sit in a straight-backed chair if you get back problems. and it's fine to only do about 5-10 minutes to begin with. (That's what I was taught to do myself when I first started meditating)


Just keep it simple.

I recommend the Ajahn Jayasaro Buddhist Meditation videos mentioned by Kaarine #5
