Yeah! ...one of my favored....that I call "pearls"!
Short...compact...easy to read...easy to understand and useful as "quick reverence" for students. There is a second one ... Zen-The-Art-of-Leadership" both are more like little "booklet's" rather than books.

Besides that: (and I am sure a many of you know this) During the time when Shunryu Suzuki introduced Zen and zazen practice in the USA he was meeting with Choegyam Trungpa Rinpoche and both helped each other to establish and strengthen their Sangha.

Two schools of Buddhism from two great historical lines ... they came together from different cultural backgrounds co-incidentally...what a great event. What a great gift to the West! This has amazed me very much. For me this is the living Dharma at work!
