1. I like the concept of no judgement...

I believe that we can overcome well... suffering is really the best word to use, in this present life and not have to wait for death for it to cease...

I'm searching for control. Learning to control myself mentally, thoughts and what not. Ultimately i'm searching for inner peace that I can share with others.

non-judgement is intimately connected to freedom from suffering. non-judgement is an essential aspect of meditative practise

in Buddhism, controlling the mind uses both non-judgement (bare awareness/concentration/unconditional love) and discerning judgment (wisdom)
