What does 'birth' mean in Dhamma language then? It is told in "Two Kinds of Language" at "Keys to Natural Truth"; Birth is about arising, not the physical Birth. As soon as you get into the Pali, many terms that are given in that chapter, will be helpful to get a proper idea of what Buddha is teaching.
Oh, and what does IMO stand for? IMO = In My Opinion; also, IMHO = In My Honest Opinion.
