I would feel best if every part of me were somehow used after my death. Organ or tissue donation are wonderful, but I'd also be perfectly comfortable with having my body donated to scientific research or even with being eaten (though I get that this latter one is sort of unusual in most cultural contexts). Mainly I just want what I have left behind--my body--to be of some use to somebody. I like the idea of doing good that lives on after I'm gone.

I think Kaarine put it beautifully. "If there is an improvement the life of another person, to say, to see, or not to be attached to a dialysis machine, I do not find wrong to have taken this decision."
