ofcoarse! I ofcoarse sit crossed legged. close my eyes hands on lap and start breathing at a regular pace. getting slower and slower as i go on. I usually try to visualize something postive to symbol commpassion like, trees or something?
Hi TTB,

You can use the breath as the meditation object by just relaxing and breathing normally, and gently focussing on your breath, and then if your mind has wandered, notice that, and gently bring your awareness back with the breath again. There is no need to use visualisations with this simple method and eventually the mind will become tranquil and settled.
