I am in general for variety, so I would like to "preserve" as many kinds of races/ethnic groups as possible, but mainly for historical/scientific reasons, not ideological, I would be happy if there was only a small village of each pure nation and subrace created and kept on, it would be like Nature reserve.
Students and schoolchildren could go to these reserves and see- 'look children this is groups of Irish and there is a group of Ethiopians and at the other end group of Poles and Koreans'.
I am sure that you can find volunteers to live in these kind of villages, I can see a few on this forum alone. Hence, we can put aside the question of human rights. I would even subside it from state budget, plus income from the tickets. Role of these people living in these reserves would be only "to be".


edit the technical question is, how many of these villages you would have to have, but it is negotiable
