There should not be an Hispanic label, but the three races, Caucasian, African and NAtive American, and also other.

That actually sounds pretty simple, I doubt the USA will ever do it though. However if this did happen I hope people know enough history (Family history as well) to mark the correct categories. White, Black, Asian, and Native American should be the main categories.
