I know a fair few Israelis marry Christian Europeans, but they don't really marry Arabs.
As for Christian-Muslim, allot of Arab men like to marry European women, but visa versa is not common. Christian Serbs and Croats in Bosnia would quite often intermarry with Muslims during the communist era, but it is now virtually unheard of.

Islam prohibits women from marrying non-Muslims. So you can see Muslim men married to Christians or Jews, but not really vice versa.
