seriously, I have read a proper book about diplomatic rules and routines and general SV, its quite interesting, I was surprised with some things (which are versus my common sense, for instance its better to under-dress than to over-dress if you dont know how to dress for an occassion. I always thought its better to dress better 'just in case', but I understand the logic now)
