I know in some companies they take blood samples or hair samples in order to check if the person has consumed THC (Marihuane), Actually the vast majority use urine samples and THC is out of your system in 30-45 day max. Also those tests are normally pre-employment screening only unless you work in healthcare, emergency services, etc.

My last hiring process, they didn't even test me, but a majority of large corporate employers do.

No employer ever asked for my Facebook info. In fact I deleted my Facebook account so good luck with that.

Nobody cares if you gamble unless you're a degenerate. I used to be in a lottery pool with like 10 people in my dept including our VP. When we finished a big project, we went to a local casino to drink, gamble, and stay overnight at the casino hotel to avoid DUI. This was a Fortune 100 company.
