Turks and Armenians probably would marry each other rather than an ethnic & racial outsider who vastly differs from both of them, based on appearances.

Don't be so sure. You can actually get killed for marrying a Turk or Armenian on either side by the family relatives. The animosity is that high. Marriage with a Turk is the biggest stab in the back thing you can do to the Armenian nation and you will be right away expelled from Armenian community. So both you risk your life and you forfeit your identity as a Armenian and place in Armenian community. It's pretty harsh.
