European is a culture, not a race. People on here are ignorant that's why.

Anyway, Europe's borders can be seen on a map. So, it is possible, albeit perhaps unlikely, that all of someone's ancestors have lived within that area since people have occupied that area, to that extent someone could be a pure European. The people who live in, and who have lived in historically, Europe are Europeans, if they breed with each other and no-one else then their children will, for these purposes, be "pure Europeans".

I don't think it is disputed that someone could be a pure Native American, even though we all know that so many thousands of years ago the Native Americans went to America from wherever, why is Europe any different?
