Read the article. A famous guy who expects to be recognized, wasn't. He made an odd maneuver, that gets you pulled over. He told the cops he thought he was being followed. Since they didn't recognize him, that sounds like crazy talk. Why is he so paranoid? They don't know he's a famous guy. He didn't turn the car off. Cops hate that. It means you may be preparing to run. Usually they tell you to turn the car off. Other cop couldn't see through the dark tint from the passenger side window. Cops hate tinted windows like that. They're illegal in many places. They can't see if you're stashing dope or reaching for a gun. Unrecognized famous dude instinctively reached for something, his keys. You never reach for anything when cops are already eyeballing you suspiciously. Bad idea.

Had I done all that dumb shit in front of a couple of cops, they would have been suspicious and acted like dicks to me, I'm fairly sure of it. Blacks do get profiled, pulled over disproportionately, but what we have here is a guy so rich and famous that he forgot how to deal with people who don't see him as a rich and famous guy . I bet average Joe black guy would know all that shit I said above about cops, right, because they are used to being pulled over and hassled.
