My empress and I saw this on Netflix a 4 months back.

It was powerful, and show's the social constructs of "race".
It also goes to show that in the eyes of most whites and many blacks, you have to "pick"
It goes to show that people need to be able to classify you, just to know how to interact with you
It goes to show some of the Caribbean Latinos on this forum that claim Aframs want to claim mixed people as "Black", is historically rooted in defining "whiteness", not "blackness"
It goes to show that Black guys will generally prefer mixed chicks, regardless of "pride"
