I dont lie about my ethnicity but rather sometimes be not as specific. For example oh Im half NW European and I list the countries but for my Jewish side I will sometimes say West Asian or I would say they came from Russia (Russian Jews) so Im not lying per say, but just not being very specific. Its not because Im ashamed of being half Jewish or anything, but rather how some people react when I tell them.
