Unless this is a disease he carries, then it's a social problem. All the crap food which is sold, all the shit that is broadcast on the TV 24/7 is good evidence. It's same about drugs. The government can stop it if they really want to but they don't. Yet Aquaman wants us to keep it this way. He love his McDonalds, Coca Cola and all other capitalist garbage which hundreds of millions suffer from (capitalism).
