In the Soviet Union, the Balts were the most similar people to us. In Europe and the world, the Nordics are the most similar people to us.

If you're basing your claims on Polako's tests where he refuses to rename the "Finnic" sample into "Finnish" sample, then I have to say that do not trust amateurs that much. He only has Finns in his sample, no Estonians, Ingrians or the Veps. That's like naming a plot "Germanic" but only having Germans in it.

Latvia has no Finnish blood in them Only Finland has Finnish blood.

But Latvia does have a lot of Finnic blood, through assimilating the Livonians and other native Finnic populations.

Because the Balts are so extremely FinN1C, means that they're very close to genetically. Too bad that they have abandoned their Finnic languages and cultures.

Is the UK and English, Welsh, Scottish cultures more Polish because of Polish immigrants?

The Latvians are half-Lutheran, which has left a mark, thus they have some Nordic influence, but they're still a bunch of Balts who's corruption rate is so high that you'd think that they're actually Ukrainians. This high corruption rate shows their foreign Baltic Eastern-Europeaness.
