I was going to read it all, untill I found this:

"in France and Denmark, only 14% of the Muslim populations respectively see themselves more as French or Danish than Muslim"

I don't know about Denmark. However, in France you can't ask for religion and ethnicity.

Also, the statement is stupid itself. It's like if you asked: Do you see yourself more as a Buddhist than American? -To a Chinese-American.
