Which country in the Americas has the highest percentage of people with African ancestry by the One Drop Rule?

And if we go by phenotype alone, which country is the blackest?

And if we go by culture, which country is most linked to its African roots?
In all three, Haiti, hands down. All the chroniclers of the XVIIIth century agree on the fact that 80% of the slave forefathers of the current haitian population were fresh-off-the-boat africans by 1789, due to the high mortality rates of that specific plantation colony (the average life expectancy for a common field hand being seven years, tops), and the fact that, unlike the case of the US southern states, where everything was done in order to induce the slaves to increase their numbers the natural way, the slaves in Saint Domingue/Haiti absolutely refused to procreate in the face of those living conditions. I remember reading somewhere about the US occupation of 1915, when a specific marine exclaimed: "Imagine, niggers speaking french!", due to the fact that he (like the rest of the expeditionary force) one-dropped the mulatto elites, the only ones able to speak french properly there even today, mocking their attempt in distancing themselves from the rest of the population.
