This Genetic study of the Caribbean unsign 28 AIMs gives:

Barbados (n=95) 89.6% African, 10.2% European, 0.2% Native American

St. Thomas (n=125) 86.8% African, 10.6% European, 2.6% Native American

Jamaica (n=54) 84.4% African, 12.4% Euroepan, 3.2% Native American




Bonilla et al in 2004 studying Puerto Rican women in New York and using 35 AIMs had these results:

New York Puerto Ricans (n=64) 29.1% African , 53.3% European, 17.6% Native American


Miljkovic et al in 2005 gives these estimates for people in Tobago using 6 AIMs:

Tobagoans (n=220) 94.0% African, 4.6% European, 1.4% Native American

According to this study (done by Tanya M. Simms), Haitians are more African than Jamaicans. But I can't access it for free. Can anyone?
