1º Dominican R.: 82,7%
2º Cuba: 62,0%
3º Brazil: 45,3%
4º Venezuela: 40,5%
5º Panama: 32,0%
6º Colombia: 24,9%

The OP asked the question for the entire Americas (including the US, Canada, the British, French and Dutch West Indies), not only Latin America, hence the mention of Jamaica, Barbados and the like.

I think genetics (and i'll say it again), is the worst way to guess new world populations. Since its impossible for these populations to test the same way every time. If we look at Demographics then we can get a better judge, of which country has the most predo.black people.

PGBK87,Belize is neither considered fully Caribbean or fully West Indian. So your discussion about English is irrelevant. Since no English speaking Caribbean or West Indian nation has as large a Spanish speaking influence as Belize.
Where have you been? Your absence has been keenly felt on these parts, at least by some of us.
