The OP asked the question for the entire Americas (including the US, Canada and the rest of the Anglophone world on this hemisphere), not only Latin America, hence the mention of Jamaica, Barbados and the like.

Where have you been? Your absence was keenly felt on these parts, at least by some of us.

I'm just taking a break since I was disgusted at some of the members, and even myself. But every now and again I browse the forum.
